Terms of Service

1) Social casino only (no real-money gambling)

TrailheadDays is a social casino. The Service uses virtual currency and virtual items for entertainment only. Virtual currency/items have no cash value, are not redeemable for money or prizes of real-world value, and cannot be transferred for value. No real-money gambling is offered.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your Canadian province/territory (19+ in most provinces; 18+ in AB, MB, QC) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you are located.

3) Accounts & security

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using bots/automation.
• Harassment, hate, or unlawful content.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the Service.
• Buying/selling/attempting to transfer accounts or virtual currency/items for value.

5) Virtual currency/items

We may grant virtual currency/items, modify balances, or adjust game mechanics to maintain fairness and security. Virtual currency/items are licensed, not sold, and may be revoked where permitted by law. Except as required by applicable law, all purchases (if offered) are final and non-refundable.

6) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by TrailheadDays or its licensors and protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service for entertainment purposes only.

7) Availability, changes, and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and may suspend/terminate accounts for suspected violations, security concerns, or operational reasons. We may update these Terms by posting a new version; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

8) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Canadian law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrailheadDays will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.

10) Disputes & governing law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues informally. Unless consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and disputes will be brought in the courts located in Vancouver, BC.
