Responsible Gaming
Gaming should be entertainment, not a way to make money or solve financial problems. If you choose to play, do so safely and within your means.
18+ / Age restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority for gambling/gaming in your province or territory) to participate. We do not knowingly provide services to minors.
Set safer play tools
- Deposit / spend limits: Set a maximum amount you can afford to lose over a day, week, or month.
- Time limits: Cap session length and total time spent. Use alarms and take regular breaks.
- Breaks (time-out): Take a short cooling-off period when play stops feeling fun.
- Self-exclusion: If you need a longer stop, choose a self-exclusion period and avoid gambling sites/venues during that time.
- Reality checks: Review your activity and spending history regularly.
Warning signs
- Spending more time or money than intended, chasing losses, or borrowing to play.
- Hiding play from family/friends, feeling irritable when not playing, or neglecting work/school.
- Using play to escape stress, anxiety, or low mood.
If any of these feel familiar, consider taking a break and contacting a support service below.
